VistaO₂

PRESENTATION

The VistaO₂ is a miniature ambulatory ECG recorder (ECG holter). It can continuously record on two or three channels the breathing efforts as well as the saturation in oxygen.

Fulfills a need in cardiology

IMPEDANCE SIGNAL

It is used to measure movements of the chest or abdomen in order to characterize their variations. This measure is very simple to implement for the cardiologist because it uses the ECG cable.

SpO₂ SIGNAL

The NONIN WristOx₂^™ TM 3150 is a pulse oximeter, it’s a wrist-worn device intended for the noninvasive measurement of SpO₂. It features advanced performance and enhanced connectivity thanks to its Bluetooth® wireless connectivity that enables the direct transmission of SpO₂ values to the VistaO₂ in real time.

HOLTERSOFT ULTIMA SLEEP APNEA OPTION

HolterSoft Ultima with sleep apnea option is the perfect companion for the VistaO₂. A complete clinical tool for investigating nocturnal arrhythmias from SDB origin. The apnea window displays both Breathing and SpO₂ raw signals. For each, a user defined detection is performed and drawn above and below. The user can easily review all the night activy and possibly make corrections.

The procedure window contains all the results of the Sleep Apnea analysis. Colorized indexes clearly indicate the severity of an eventual sleep related breathing disorder. Moreover, a specific correlation is made between some ECG events and Breathing/SpO₂ events.

COMPLETE REPORT

At the end of the procedure, a complete Sleep-Disordered Breathing report is generated.
